4X Protein Sample Loading Buffer is optimized for use as a loading buffer for protein gel electrophoresis. This orange-colored loading buffer has no dyes that may cause background as compare to other loading buffers with a blue dye component that can increase background. The Immobilon®-FL PVDF membrane included in these kits has been tested to ensure a low-background for near-infrared fluorescent Western blot success.
